Ok, however manager does not seem to care for the health and saftey of the resident's, imagine carrying a buggy with a young baby up the stairs and having to get pass obstacles! Where neighbours have decided to put shelves with flower pots on display on the stairs in the way.Wont be funny when one of us trips, slips and falls. Accident waiting to happen, the managers responsibility for the safety for all residents living there!

Forcibly locked into car park and not allowed to leave by abusive member of staff because I took a wrong turn into estate. After turning into the estate I was approached by someone banging on my van and shouting abuse. When I drove round to exit the car park this person continued his tirade of abuse and deliberately locked me into a gated area with no means of escape and walked away. There was no reasoning for this action and would seemed it was condoned by so called housing manager. If you are not a resident stay away.
