My daughter was really sick and we were late by 10 minutes as we were trying to find the surgery because we were new to the surgery. We got told to wait and 20-30 minutes passed without us getting any update and then were told to rebook. Reception seemed rude as well.

Do yourself a favour and register somewhere else. I've had a terrible time at this practice, I've been misdiagnosed, I've had results that weren't reported to me and it is an impossible task to book an appointment.

Had a consultation this morning following sciatic pain. This is not my usual surgery but the locum GP and reception staff were so kind and helpful. I was called again to advise my prescription and sick note were ready to collect. Thanks for being so efficient especially in these difficult times.

Doctors 5 star . I have been with Dr Wright and Dr Parr from the beginning they excellent I could not speak highly enough about them . The system of booking 1 star. Excellent doctors a let down greatly by the booking system . You can ring in on the day at 8 am and by the time you have waited in line all appointments are booked. If you need to speak to the surgery reception you have to go through a general switch board at another location and messages are not always passed on .
