Rarely have I have been treated so badly in my life, just a shambles from start to finish, not helpful in any respect, I just feel utterly and completely ripped off and taken advantage off, shocking admin, they just seem like a company with a nice name that did nothing but take money at every opportunity, including when I felt I had to leave due to multiple instances of unhelpfulness. Insurance should be fair, of reasonable price and easy to deal with. This company offer none off the above. Minus one star. Please avoid at all (considerable) cost!

ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT INSURE WITH THESE PEOPLE, I HAVE HAD A NIGHTMARE. I will report the company to compare the market and ask them to remove this insurance off their website. They take money from your debit/ credit card at any 'discrepancy' they might find in your submitted evidence of DVLA checks, NCB etc. I have had 12 emails from them in one week. Horrible company.

I cancelled my policy after 6 of days of starting it. Once I was able to view my policy, it didn't cover everything I was expecting. Extortionate cancellation fee's along with an email explaining they will take the cancellation charge at some point within their payment window along with the threat of Bailiffs if payment is not made all within the same email. I was aware of the £60 cancellation fee (which seems to be about standard these days), but in total cost me over £130 for less than a week's insurance. Would not use them or any of RCIB again. Avoid if you can.
