I called these as I needed a new Powrtouch Freedom Engagement wrench.. I was explicit on the call what I wanted, the guy understood, or so I thought, he left the call to verify stock..and said yes. I Was told they had them in stock. Drove 30 miles to get there and turns out they don't stock them. Woman in shop said it happens a lot. She.made call to other employee to see if it were him that said they had some, then continued on call on other topics and left me stood there. This lot need to improve customer service.

We booked in for an annual caravan service at the Lady Bailey workshop but were very disappointed with the service. Although we told them to go ahead and repair anything that needed it, up to £200, with a phone call to us if greater costs were needed, they saw their role as only checking and listing the faults. If fact, they found that the outer body was coming away from the frame in parts, such that it was not very safe to drive, but did not fix it. We had someone else fix it in an hour. Many of the items listed could have been fixed in not much longer than the time taken to make the list. Furthermore, they charged 50% more than other services we have had done, in which repairs were made as part of the service.
