What an amazing experience! I used Lacey’s to decorate my wedding venue from chair covers to table decorations, light up Mr and Mrs, sweetie cart and flowers the list goes on! Charlotte was so lovely to deal with nothing was to much trouble for her. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she created it all beautifully! Charlotte did a wonderful job, decorations and bouquet were fabulous. The venue looked stunning and the tables were decorated exactly as I imagined them to be, amazing job especially since I'd only shared a few pictures for her to go on. Everything looked absolutely stunning - would not hesitate to recommend.

They done an incredible job on our wedding day doing all the table, chair and centrepieces decoration. They even went out there way to sort out a stand for our cars to be placed on top of the centrepieces, they looked so much better in person then in our head. Great customer service always quick to answer and help. Would defo 100% recommend to people . Thank you again to the team at Lacey event service.

Charlotte at Lacey’s is fantastic! I struggled finding the right green for my chair covers for my wedding. Charlotte’s covers were the perfect colour and she suggested small details such as roses to finish off the look and a top table swagger that looked divine! Her prices are very reasonable for travel, set up and pick up and her booking and payment processes are simple and automated. She really delivered the most beautiful touches for my day and always responded enthusiastically if I had any questions or queries. She was so helpful when it came to wedding postponement and accommodated the date change with no fuss or problems. There was no stress with her and her products are stunning. Will be recommending her name to all!

I've never organised a party previously and they were very good at helping me to decide on what to choose and how to set everything up. Be wary of ordering an aisle runner, I purchased a aisle runner for my wedding day Friday 8th October that didn’t get used both laceys event or the venue never wanted to take responsibility for it for not been laid out.quite annoying as it was added on extra few weeks before, Apparently there was rain which I never see any the venue said “they was instructed by laceys to only use the aisle runner if the wedding was indoors, as the gravel path by the wedding pier would dirty the runner” then laceys events said “this was left with the coordinator as they are undecided whether ceremony would be outside of rain cleared inside if it was still raining” very disappointing to not have my aisle runner on the day as planned! and to not receive a refund for it not being used is outrageous considering the amount we spent with this supplier.

I can't praise this lady enough! We were worried we would hit few bumps along the way with lockdown, postponements and moving house but we had a plan & our wedding stationary was delivered well packaged before our planned date. Charlotte was incredible, she really put me at ease and using her amazing creativity to create our table name cards that suited us perfectly. The name cards themselves were really well made on thick card and embellished perfectly to match our simple colour theme. The packaging held up through the post and to our location wedding with a rather clumsy couple so we can attest that they are robust too. As a lockdown wedding for four I was concerned that I would struggle to purchase the little extras to make the day special but Charlotte was more than happy to help. Unfortunately, we were unable to go ahead with our meal as planned due to a sudden change in the rules but six months later these elegant items have held the test of time and taken pride of place with our wedding photos, what lovely personalised keepsakes ourselves and our family now have. Not that I am planning to get married again but I would commission Charlotte again in a heartbeat and I would not hesitate to recommend Charlotte to other couples she was great at responding to my email queries and produced beautiful stationary. Thank you so so much.
