They are a scam. Selling their soul for £150 to unscrupulous commercial lenders. Valued my BTL rental income for AST at half of going rate . how hard is valuing rent potential in Chelsea in a building with 440 flats, that too in today's super hot market. I am going to RICS complaints to see if there is recourse. To recover my costs for the crashed deal. Integrity issues here. I am consulting a solicitor building a case with three independent valuations to prove. Any ideas welcome

If I could rate no stars I would this company are frauds and the worst I have ever come across Valued the house at zero as it faced a commercial unit absolute joke. Valuer turned up in jogging bottoms and trainers and was utterly rude throughout Only in the house 90 seconds so not sure how he even came to that ludicrous outcome. Will be taking this further and complaining to the highest body possible. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS

This company are not recommended. The surveyor turned up, didn’t introduce himself, didn’t know the mortgage company he was valuing on behalf of then valued our property some £40,000 less than the valuation we were given by a local estate agent and another surveyor the month before. A real poor service with bad communication
