I came with my friend for brunch at noon. It wasn't that busy however they took 50 minutes to give us our food after much chasing up and promises that it will just be 2/3 minutes now. I ordered avocado on toast with smoked salmon (no eggs), which doesn't require cooking so I'm not sure why it took so long. My friend ordered an omelette which shouldn't take that long to make either. I actually commented this on their most recent Instagram post but they deleted my comment so now I've had to leave a Google review. Very disappointed because we were really looking forward to coming here but had to rush eating the food as it had taken so long coming.

Extremely disappointing experience, my friend and I had to wait almost an hour for our food which was mediocre and we had to rush eating as they had taken so long to make the food. This was when it wasn’t even busy. Ridiculous.

The desserts had no flavour and didn’t taste freshly made. I tried the cafe latte cake, duo cheesecake and oreo cake slice. Neither of them were nice enough to get again. Very disappointing and overpriced.

I’ve been here a few times now as it is one of the best brunch places I’ve been to in Manchester. Clean and pretty with friendly staff. The pistachio French toast is absolutely delightful, the best I’ve ever had. The iced coffee is also nice too, the roast has a good flavour. However, I’ve knocked two stars off because the service is horrific. Despite being friendly, the staff are very disorganised. They got my order wrong, and gave my correct order to a different table. On top of that, the wait times are extremely long. 40 minute wait for French toast is unacceptable. There were two of us and we ordered the exact same thing however, one dish took 20 minutes to come and the other took 40 minutes? Seems like the kitchen is disorganised too. Overall, good food but not worth it due to the bad service.
