I've been shopping at La Tiendita, online and at the point of sale in London, since 2013 and all I can say it that their customer service is 5 stars. They always responsive and go above and beyond to always make things right. Sometimes can be a delay due to multiple reasons, but we as customers understand that all the products take take to come all the way from Mexico, and also the challenges with all the delivery companies in the UK. Ordered some Chamoy, it came and it was out of date and off, emailed them they admitted after a few days that it was off and that they would refund me and send a replacement, neither happened! Worst shopping experience online for me!
