The Romanian guy that runs this place was awesome - chatted to him about his restaurant and life in Romania. Food is tasty and reasonable price. Sour soup was great! Chicken skewers with chips v nice. Romanian beer :) Parking: It's in the middle of old Worcester, so it's all paid parking, but there's lots of it.

With it's traditional decor, delicious Romanian food and friendly atmosphere, this place is a bit of a find. We love Romanian food, and the few dishes on the menu are good choices and great value for money. Our top tip is to ask for day's specials. For us, sarmale with polenta were a treat. Sarmale is a dish of mince meat wrapped in pickled cabbage, slow cooked in a tomato and herbs sauce. One other recommendation is the Carpathian mix, a platter of fine charcutterie and grilled meats.
