Words cannot express how extremely disappointed we felt on this visit. The waitress was dishonest, served a drink that was not low calorie/sugar free like we had asked for, however when bringing the drinks to the table she clearly stated one was different from the other ( one sugar free and the other original). The manager said they only have the original available we can't believe that she would do this. Why not say that dink was not available in the healthy option. Two main dishes were ordered, but we also decided to order one starter while the mains were being cooked, only to be served with the starter and one main. By the time the other main was cooked 20 minutes later, the first main was cold, the manager tried to deal with what happened, by removing the starter and service charge fromthe bill, however just on the dishonesty of the waitress over the drink we will not dine here in the future. When dinning out you feel you want to have complete trust in what you are told and served. The food was wonderful, however one dish was cold and no offer was made to prepare a freshly cooked one.

Went there for lunch and I ordered grilled pork loin. The side vegetables were very bland lacking seasoning and the loin portion was very very small. I was definitely expecting more for £25🤔
