i went here for full set acrylic and gel. The nail prep was ok. The tips he put on were straight no curve at all. i asked for coffin shape and had to correct him on my nail as he filed too much on one side making it look crooked. The nails were cut all different lengths. The acrylic application was the worst part. The acrylic bead was too big and dripping off my nail. There were no certificates of acrylic or anything to prove they knew what they were doing. The acrylic had no apex and was too thick on the end of the nail. After filing back into shape he didn’t even asked me to wash my hands before gel polish neither. I have clear polish on my finger and over my cuticles. My index finger is shorter than all the others and not one nail is the same length. I am honestly disappointed and upset. I would like a refund these are atrocious. Service: Acrylic nails

My wife came in Saturday afternoon for a manicure & polish. Got charged £18 which she thought was reasonable. By Sunday morning the polish on one nail had come off. By Sunday evening more polish had come off and by Monday they look awful. She went back in to the salon Monday morning & asked for a refund. The lady then said the polish would only last a few days and refused a refund. After my wife complained even more she got £10 refund. This isn’t good. Rubbish customer service. Avoid at all costs

Been a number of years since i have been here, every time has been a good experience. Always have been a really helpful and lovely atmosphere and team. Couldn't fault them. The gentleman that did my nails yesterday was very attentive and did such an amazing job on my nails, best set i have had in a long time. Update 28/2/23: Now a 2 star review... payed £50 for a design of something that wasn't what i ask for, i know people cannot get designs exactly done as photos online but given how simple the design was i would of expected something more spectacular for the price i was told. It felt like an enitre rip off when after i left, and the work did not represent the £50 i spent. I have ended getting my nails removed and redone where i was while on holiday which look a lot better than what i originally had done by these guys. Its upsetting because these guys used to be amazing and did my nails beautifully for a wedding and other outings ive been to before but this time they really fell off the mark on thia
