I was let down by the service that we received when we came to the restaurant in 2021. There was a party on and the staff were rushed off their feet to attend to us properly. They didn't have the traditional Romanian bread that should have come with the dish and the meat was undercooked. However, the staff were nice. Edit (based on owner's response): - Traditional bread rolls were out so just received basic bread - Didn't eat the undercooked meat - There is no expiration on review dates and your police analogy is wrong - There was no staff to complain to and if I did they wouldn't be able to keep up with the demands - saving your only English speaking staff's resources to attend to party both up and downstairs - Nice Romanian man who worked in the back of your kitchen who gave us our food couldn't conversate in English at all. - If you had responded positively I would have given you an improved rating but you've done the opposite.
