Booked for a table of 5. Got given a table downstairs. A bulb above our table had blown so a little dark with some very loud toddlers on another table. They realised we weren't overly pleased and moved us upstairs and handled it very smoothly. Upstairs we received great food and service. Testament to a well run business is how they handle an issue not when everything runs smoothly.
