My initial review was not positive but after posting it the manager (Haydar) who investigated got in touch, apologised and welcomed me back for a second attempt. The first time we went was a very busy night and as I now understand they had a table turn up with three times as many guests as expected and had to manage that as well as a busy Saturday schedule. Today we went back and the service was excellent, the food was delicious and the drinks were even customised to our taste, a much better experience all round and I would gladly recommend it! Thanks to Ali and the team for making it a great date night!

Would definitely come here again. My friend and I just went in for coffee and dessert but after we saw the quality and experienced the amazing service, we wished we'd come for our main meal too. The staff were polite and chatty but not too chatty either, welcoming and friendly without overstepping. Great selection of tea and coffee but the giant bakalava was my personal favourite.
