ordered my daughters uniform cannot fault the quality of the garments for the price, could not understand why it took 7 days to receive goods, phoned up and they was really help on explaining what has to be done and have learned something new, would i use again yes, my wifes friend having their hen do tshirts made here.

Absolute rubbish customer service. Ordered a shirt through my college, not only were there no size guides so when the order came it was HUGE and I mean HUGE for a medium. I also ordered it and it took TWO WEEKS to arrive! Considering I only live 3 hours away from Birmingham by car, I wonder why it took so long to arrived even when I paid £4.00 postage and gave my email address so they could contact me if it was dispatched. I will NEVER be buying anything from this store again! Its a shame I have to use the shirt for my work experience or i would ask for my money back!!

Really bad customer service. I received an email to say my delivery would arrive on Friday I sat in waiting and it never came, I called them and was told it would be with me on Monday and I would receive a call with a tracking number. I never received a call and I have just called them to be told it hasn't been sent and would maybe be here in wedsnesdsy or Thursday. No one seems to be able to tell me what is happening with my order.
