Nice and clean place, quite modern but very atmospheric. Good music in the surrounding and very friendly owners. The pizza is great, the passata is rustic and very good quality but what has impressed me most is the dough, as the Napoli way is usually 60% hydrated usually is quite chuwing but this one is crunchy and light until the end. Maybe 70%, a good water or a great prooving. Damm i want the recipe!!! Just had the Tiramisu!!!! Best experience ever. Giampiero
