Rude and unprofessional. Surprised they even get any sales. Guy chatting away on the phone for ages leaving me standing there in empty shop. Finally gave my measurements told him what I was after but he insisted on taking my name, address and phone number before giving me the price. I asked multiple times politely just for the quote but he wouldn't give it unless I gave my phone number and address which is unnecessary. Blatantly just said he doesn't want to give me a quote and put his pen down like a baby. Absolute clown 🤡
