I'm not one to usually make a complaint let alone a public one however this company has left me no choice. Their wigs aren't as they appear in pictures on their website, the quality is absolutely atrocious and so is their customer service. There have been instances where postage took nearly 2 weeks and one instance when it took 3 weeks. I contacted them and they apologised yet nothing changed. I also contacted them a month ago about the quality of their wigs (how it keeps getting worse). I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I thought maybe it was the fault of their manufacturers, plus I wanted to keep supporting their small business. They apologised and said things would change. Nothing changed. Recently I made another purchase, need I say the quality is still horrendous. I notified them of this, they said a manager would contact me yet it's been 3 weeks and one hasn't contacted me. I've been chasing them for the last 6 days via Instagram dms. They see my messages but continue to ignore me. When you've spent the amount of money I have on their wigs and the quality and service is this atrocious, you're eventually forced to take a stand. Please spare yourself of the headache. Don't give this company your money, they are dishonest and a complete utter fraud. If you're on Instagram please feel free to message me, I'm happy to send messages of my correspondence with them ( @mariamaoxo is my handle). They are awful. I reported them to my bank for fraud. Their mind games and lies are consistent. Segun manager promised me again last week she would call me on Friday and didn't... Banks will deal well with them. Its not OK to scam people.

I’m highly disappointed in your service. You sent two wrong items late. Sent only one correct wig late, it’s been tangling badly. Terrible communication. No response as to how I’ll get a refund. Is this a joke? Terrible terrible service. Don’t buy from them.

The wig was ok but lace was very short. The service however was awful package went a month past the delivery date and no information given. Once contacting customer service i was told it will be sorted however more weeks went by and had to contact again. Waste of time.

Their customer service is ridiculous! I have been chasing them for a refund for almost 2 weeks now and they don’t respond. I ordered a ponytail via next day delivery and it didn’t arrive until 4 days later. I should be issued a refund for the next day delivery fee but they’re just ignoring my emails! I will never order from here again!
