Very disappointed with my experience here, the staff I met were lovely and the lady doing my treatment was wonderful however when I had to postpone a treatment due to illness the salon manager took my 50% deposit despite me previously being allowed to move the appointment without charge due to illness. When I questioned this they just ignored me, I followed up and I’ve been ignored again. Shockingly unprofessional and for the amount they charge I would expect better.
