Had a roof done, they used LUKE scaffolding. All job done. And when these guys took the scaffolding off, they broke tiles on the existing. They didn't tell me, apologies, or anything. Just left. I just went up to sweep the debris, and seen broken tiles, massive holes left in roof with the coming rain I had to repair this. Missed the queens funeral trying to protect my home from leaks. All they had to do was be honest.

Really disappointing. Arrogant and unhelpful from the start. Very negative and finding problems with everything. Broke a terracotta pot and threw the plant behind the garage...and said nothing about it. Also broke fairy lights and removed washing line which will have to be moved now as the spike has been lost under gravel. Spoke to Luke. Very happy to push all the blame onto us. Wont replace lights. Will replace pot ...but yet to see it. The scaffolding was up for two weeks after the job was finished. Only apologised for that when I phoned them. They have made a terrible impression.
