I recently visited this nail salon, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff was so unprofessional, providing a quality service to their clients is not even something they consider, the nail technician who worked on me so VERY slowly was so careless and ignored all my requests, my nail polish looks messy, my nail look too uneven, to make matters worse, they are extremely rude and pricy… overall my experience at this salon was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, save your time and money go and somewhere else, they are so many salons nearby who provide much much better service and result!!

I wish this place was caring more for your nails. No place has ever destroyed my nails more than these techniques/products/nail technicians. It has taken me 8 months for my nails to recover after my last visit here. I read your reply to me not being in your system, it make sense as you don’t have a system. I’ve been at your salon multiple times (never have I ever given you my name or seen you register anything in your system) as it is located conveniently for me and I’ve been wanting to give it second chances - but ended up with even more damage to my nails so now I’m done. And I don’t recommend anyone to go unless they’re aware about the lack of professionalism and care at this place.

The results amazing … I’ve had many lash extensions… here was amazing .. no stinging & listened to what i wanted I also had acrylic infill which were beautiful Not the most relaxing environment ( as in spa) but came out incredibly happy with what I had done Definitely recommend… - As a salon manager myself I can give the services 10/10 Services: Acrylic nails, Eyelash extensions

Paid for a 45 minute service to receive barely 25 minuets plus them stopping for 3+ breaks. Cut the skin of my big toe and cut my big toe so far down at the edge it was bleeding. Tried to recover it by putting nail glue in the cut. Not happy with the service, made me and husband feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Will not be returning! Service: Pedicure
