Lee replaced my combi boiler. On his first visit he worked out what boiler would suit my needs, came back a few days later with a very good competitive quote to which I agreed. The day of installation Lee was on time and very efficient, clean and explained everything he was doing. Once completed he ran through all the controls and instructions on how to use the boiler and the new smart thermostat. Anyone looking for a confident qualified gas engineer look no further. Contacted Lee after our boiler failed and we were without heating or hot water. He visited within 3 days, discussed options and provided a quotation which we accepted. Given our situation (and the current cold snap) he put in additional hours over the following Friday/Saturday to fit a new boiler and provide us with warmth once again.
