Bought a tap on the Internet which had a different size connector to the hot and cold pipes in my bathroom and didn't know what part I needed - L& N were a massive help and explained exactly what connector I needed and had it in stock. This is an amazing store with very knowledgeable staff. Wish I had asked the gentleman's name whose store it is.
