Brilliant - Luke turned up at the time promised, checked my roof - showed me a picture of the broken tiles and replaced four of them there and then for a very fair price. Also gave me some advice about other things needed for the roof in the future. Roof dates from 1935 so will need replacing or more extensive repairs at some point soon
