Tried to get a mower fixed, No one answered workshop phone for few days, when I pressed sales surprise surprise they answer, transferred to a confused person said he would call back, another confused person rang me said they will collect, rang a week later after hearing nothing and no one knew anything about it. This was my first hire with this company and I wanted to hire a wacker plate. The person who served me took details from my drivers licence and I signed an agreement online and that was it. When I asked if they required a deposit I was told no as they trusted me. How refreshing this day and age. Thankyou.

Occasionally they let themselves down with a sloppy approach so this updated review reflects that I hired a heavy duty concrete breaker which wouldn't work ,supplied with a broken handle that rendered it extremely difficult to use even if it, or the transformer box.supplied did not have a fault.i look unprofessional and so do they.
