Excellent service from start to finish on a wedding ring re-sizing due to arthritis in ring finger. Have since visited on two more occasions in the last month for a full wrist watch service on the premises and a bracelet repair with additional created links made to re-size. Would highly recommend.

Guess Jewellers at Rustington is great! I’ve been looking around various jewellers for an engagement ring, quite frankly most of then might as well bern selling biscuits rather than a special piece of jewellery, generally the lack of knowledge annoyed me! A couple of rings caught my eye in the window of the Rustington branch so I walked in & was greeted with a lady called Charlotte, well how lucky was I, at 70 years young & as one might expect I have very limited knowledge regarding gold, white gold, platinum, mounts, diamonds. Charlotte was very knowledgeable & guided me through things I should consider in a very professional manor. I left with lots of knowledge and things to consider & slept on. A week later I returned & had another session with Charlotte, giving me more things to consider, I told her my budget & what I thought my girlfriend would like & would like to return with her for more discussions. A couple of days later Charlotte phoned & proposed I had a bespoke ring made in my budget, I was absolutely delighted. A week later we returned & selected the perfect ring, at below budget which my future fiancée was delighted with. If it wasn’t for Charlotte I’d still be looking, thank you Charlotte & Guess jewellers. David

My 20 year old Omega Seamaster stopped working recently. I searched online for authorised Omega service agents in West Sussex and L Guess in Rustington came up as a local company that had good reviews. I recently visited the very smart shop in Rustington and was served by the lovely Emma. She undertook some basic tests and we agreed that the watch would initially be reviewed by their in-house watchmaker. A few days later, Emma called me to say that my watch had been exposed to water and needed new hands, a new movement and needed to be professionally re-sealed. The watch would be sent to Omega and the cost was agreed. I was told to expect to have to wait for up to 14 weeks but I received a call from Emma after 3 weeks to say my watch was ready. I have now collected my watch and it looks brand new! The cost was as per the estimate. Excellent service all-round and a special thank you and well done to Emma - she is an asset to your business.
