They say 'moving home' is one of the most stressful events one experiences in their lifetime - but the one thing we didn't need to stress on was LD Transport. Not only was the quote affordable, Peter and the team were extremely helpful, efficient, patient and polite - nothing was too much trouble - from supplying extra boxes to dismantling beds and wardrobes and rebuilding them in the new location. It was a pleasure to meet them, and would have no doubts in requesting their services as required or recommending them to others in future.

After my husband and I failed miserably at attempting to ‘PIVOT’ our sofa bed from a downstairs room to a bedroom via our narrow, 180 degree turn staircase we rang these guys and they were like superheroes. Got it to the top of the stairs in approx one minute. They then also agreed to take an extremely heavy item away for us which they’d not been expecting to do. Response was amazing, they came really quickly after we enquired. They turned up when they said they would, rang in advance as agreed - couldn’t ask for a better service. Lovely people too. I’m still in shock how they managed to move that sofa round the staircase!
