I went for a speaker replacement on an IPhone 12 Pro Max they broke my screen I still had to pay for the speaker replacement went to Apple to get the screen replaced got refused at Apple they would not fix it because LD Communications had caused the damage so had to find a phone shop that was willing to fix it for me with an original Apple screen had to pay £275 to get it fixed and LD communications are refusing to take liability so I’m taking them to trading standards also I was missing 2 screws from the bottom of my phone when I phoned LD COMS they said they put the screws in they said Apple must of taken them out but Apple didn’t touch my phone at all.
