The only reason I have given one star is that he did offer us a 30 month warranty with the vehicle however that is the only good thing about the experience of buying a car from Lloyd. He is certainly a good sales man gives it all the usual promises however doesn’t deliver on them and also when we asked information regarding how long he had our car in when we went to view he said it had only just come in. Looking on his Facebook page it was up for sale early last year also on the test drive he promised us it would be fully valeted at best it had a jetwash on the outside. Also as we now know the car has loads of engine issues and as a result has gone to Nissan to be rectified and despite several attempts to contact Lloyd I have had all my calls and emails ignored. So would I buy a car from LD Bentley cars definitely not nor will I be recommending him to anyone either Avoid at all costs unless however you want a reasonable car with no after sales

Okay dealership, was great when buying my car always answering calls, ect! It’s turns the other way when bought the car, not answering calls and still owes me a second key as he lost it! I bought It May and still waiting!!! Would not recommend

I didn’t think the stereotypical car dealer existed anymore. Lies, just doesn’t do as he says, then blanks phone calls, emails and texts. Shocking service, no idea how he has any decent reviews on here, hopeless.

Fab service, I rang about a Mercedes on Thursday, viewed and test drove it on Sunday and had it delivered the following Thursday! Lloyd had a fresh MOT and valet done for me before he delivered the car to me at work! The car came looking brand new! Couldn’t be happier… I would definitely recommend!

Hi my first dealings with Lloyd when i went to first look at the car of my interest he could not be more helpful so i said i would buy the car with all the work that i wanted done would be so i gave him 2 weeks to do the work and on final payment he would deliver the car The main problem was getting hold of Lloyd either away or with a customer saying i will get back to you the car was delivered and he was rushing i wanted a full valet doing all i got was a greasy sheen sprayed all over the leather interior the roof had not been cleaned to be honest the car was a mess he did say that he would collect it and do it in the one day that worried me so i said dont bother ( could never get hold of him )
