I recently employed L A Maintenance & Cleaning to carry out a job and very much impressed with their honesty and professionalism. Where other builders suggesting me to replace the whole Kitchen work to and do lot of other things. Lubo (director) at LA Maintenance came along and find the right solution for the issue and fixed it in the most minimal cost possible cost. The one more thing that impressed me is he saw that the silicone around the bathtub is damaged, and without me asking applied all the left of over silicone from the first job to make it good. I can bet if it would be any other builder they would have gone away with the left over silicone but end up charging us full price. L A Maintenance is my maintenance solution for all future jobs and are highly recommended.

I had a property which required refurbishing. The property was about 90 mins drive from my house. So I needed someone who not only was good at refurbishment projects but also was experienced and mature enough to project manage everything that was required even where I hadn’t specifically asked for it. LA Maintenance was that company They ran the whole project. They kept me fully updated. They used their common sense when needed and only called me when absolutely needed. The job was completed to a very high specification and included house clearance, painting of walls, ceiling and woodwork, vinyl laying, carpet steam cleaning, deep clean of all appliances and garden maintenance and minor repairs. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anybody and will definitely use them again in the future.
