Did a 73 mile bike ride on Sunday and my legs were in tatters towards the end and beginning to cramp up. Straight after my ride I put my Kymira leggings on, 2pm until bed time. Woke up the next morning legs feeling good, ready to go again. Got to love that infrared tech!

I have been using Kymira Sport products for 4 weeks now as an alternative to normal compression wear as part of my overall training programme. The infrared technology is what stood out to me, and having now had time to reflect I can confidently say that there has been a noticeable difference in fatigue rating, and therefore recovery from repeated training over this period. Just as much as protein can be seen has a tool to aid recovery and therefore performance, I consider Kymira an essential part of my tool kit to increase my performance both on and off the bike. Highly recommend.
