Booked minibus for 15 people for night out in mansfield. Driver turned up early for pick up and take home. Driver was a star, friendly, patient, polite and very cannot accomodating. Bus was clean and tidy. Communication with Ky was spot on throughout. Cannot fault the service, would definitely use again.

I called 4 weeks before our travel date to make sure everything was okay. I booked the large party bus and paid £100 deposit over 12 months previous. I was told the large party bus was sold in Sept 22 and it was impossible id booked it. I explained id booked in Jan 22, paid a deposit and had booking confirmation over text. I was told again told the party bus was sold but Ky's could accommodate an executive coach. I had no other option but to agree. I messaged the company twice the day before our travel date for bank details. No reply. I received a message on the day asking me to transfer money, and that the driver would provide bank details. Coach arrived on time. It was most definatly NOT executive. It was not pictured on the Website or FB page. This was probable due to the ripped seat covers, dirt and old chewing gum stuck to the back of the seats. Driver advised us the bus was not a kys executive travel bus but from a different firm. He was not happy with the state the bus had been left in. 10 minutes into the journey I was then asked for £100 cash as the bus had no fuel ! I explained I did not have £100 cash on me but i could transfer. I explained it was agreed that I would transfer once the driver had given me bank details. Driver explained again there was no fuel, we had over 100 miles to go and he needed money for fuel. We all clubbed together and managed to get £100 cash. We arrived at the destination. I asked for bank details which the driver did not have. He rang someone ( unsure who at this point), who explained to him that i had already had the bank details texted to me and i had replied. This was not true. I finally managed to get the bank details and transfer the remaining balance - £100 cash already paid. Coach arrived on time for returning. Chewing gum still stuck to back seats. Disappointing, most definatly won't use again.

*DO NOT USE* Booked a 16 seater party bus to take a group of us to Cheltenham races. We had booked to be picked up at 8:15am. The mini bus did not turn up until 9:10 meaning we were stood around waiting in the cold for an hour. Not only was the mini bus late but couldn’t have been further away from a party bus. Expecting an ‘executive’ party bus to turn up you can imagine our faces when a grotty Ford transit minibus pulled up. Already an hour behind schedule the driver then decided to drive to a petrol station to fill up with fuel making us even later which when we eventually arrived meant we had missed the first race. The driver had no knowledge of a party bus and when ringing the owner up he gave no explanation and offered no compensation charging us 650. This ruined the whole day for everyone I would strongly advise to not use this company very disorganised and unprofessional.

I would highly recommend this company. They stepped in at last minute to take us to the airport as the other company we had booked let us down at the last minute. They were punctual and friendly and price competitive. Would definitely use them again.
