Solved my problem (alarming juddering in the steering) within the day of my driving up, without an appointment. Cheerful, helpful staff; very quick and accurate diagnosis of the issue (front brakes); and rapid repair. Also spotted dangerously worn rear tyres and replaced them on the spot. Not cheap, but the ability to spread the cost over six months, interest-free, was a great help.

This place is great, friendly staff, fantastic service. I took my little boy in to the reception with me who has autism, my boy became a bit unsettled with the noise, straight away he was offered one of the workers headphones to dull the noise, keiron was a very understanding member of staff and although he was busy he made time to make my boy comfortable. Thank you so much (apologies if mis spelt your name).

The pressure in one of my tyres kept going down and I finally found that it was a nail in my tyre causing the problem. Like most parents, I rely on my car to get to work and to get the children here, there and everywhere so I called Kwik Fit at 3.10pm and Kieron fitted me in at 4.30pm that same afternoon. The service was prompt and efficient and every member of staff was polite and friendly. Mike was able to repair the puncture rather than having to replace the whole tyre (thankfully!) and I was back home within the hour. Would highly recommend
