My tyres are of old style and do not have the TPMS being installed nor do I need any relocation. But I could not cancel it and charged. I feel I wasted my money on nothing. I did not book alignment services at all, a staff came and told me my car need to do it because bla bla and shown me the result from the computer. Alright, I trusted your profession, I paid for full 4 wheels alignment services. Turn out, when I go to the motorway driving at 70mph, there comes serious vibration which I have never encounter before. I feel frustrated.

I booked appointment online for two tires but while I was there it was pointed out to me and showed that my back tires were cracked and splitting witch I was told they will last for a couple of months but I decided to get them fixed there’s and then as I have my grandchildren in this car most days for school run I would recommend going to the Shirley KWIK FIT the mechanics are really good and polite and no and do their job very well I was more than happy with my treatment it very rare these days to get good manners and excellent service

Popped in on Saturday with no appointment I had an issue with my soft top...nothing really technical, had some bottles stuck on the side which was slightly interfering with the roof closing fully, my hand couldn't reach. Dan offered to get it sorted. He was very friendly and helpful. He didn’t charge me anything for his time after spending over 20-30minutes. Absolute star...thanks Dan!

Took my car to have the tyres checked after the service I had elsewhere, they said they needed looking at, dealt with a gentleman called Aaron who was extremely helpful, he advised me that my tyres were ok and didn’t need replacing, I’m so glad I went to Kwik fit Shirley, otherwise I would have spent a fortune on tyres I didn’t need, highly recommend them for a good, honest answers.
