Had a slow puncture so called the branch to book in. Could have had next day service which was a great option but but I booked in for a day that was more convenient for me. On arrival service was friendly and knowledgeable - I even had a random problem with my car key that day and Dexter kindly tried to help with that. Tyre was changed and the car was ready to go again within an hour or so of dropping it in, but they were happy to hang onto it for me for an extra hour or so which was great. I’ve always had great service from this branch. Location is convenient too - so easy to park and access. I’ll definitely choose this branch first for any future tyre needs. Called into Kwik Fit to make an appointment to check one of my tyre valves, as I was sure this was why my TPMS kept warning me after a few days and to also check the aircon system. I was too late that day, but I didn't expect to be seen then anyway. An appointment was made for 10.30 next day and I was seen earlier than appointment time - bonus point 1. As I waited, the car was checked and the valve was indeed leaking. The main dealership didn't even check after I had mentioned it in the course of the service a few months earlier - bonus point 2. The aircon was checked and re-gassed and is working better than ever - bonus point 3. The price was exceptional. I was expecting to need a bank loan. Overall, I cannot praise them enough for courtesy, prompt and efficient service and doing a first class job when others have failed. I will certainly visit the brilliant team again. MANY THANKS guys.
