Had a puncture due to a screw and as a motobility customer had to go to kwik fit, which due to previous experience i wasn’t too happy about. Contacted the Leigh-on-sea branch as it was nearest and wow so glad i did, phoned around 10am and had an appointment booked for 2pm the same day, arrived on time and was quickly seen, only 2 People working but was quick and efficient, even answering questions on different variations of tyres, nothing seemed too much trouble, friendly and tidy. Totally restored my kwik fit experience and shows not all branches are the same. Re visited again today with another screw puncture in my wife’s new Ford Puma & service just as good as previously a year on. I would highly recommend Leigh-on-sea kwik fit and will definitely use again. (Just Have)

The Leigh one good, but keep clear of southend one , very rude and not at all helpful. Never go to southend branch again, but Leigh even though i have to pass southend one and go another 5 miles yes , its worth it.
