I went to Kwik Fit this morning with a battery from my second car. It was flat and though I charged it up at home, it gave a negative reading. I thought Iād be getting a new battery, but the manager tested the old battery for me and told me the reading showed it was perfectly ok! He saved me the cost of a new battery! Well done Kwik Fit!

We were just a couple of hours into a long drive with our young daughter when we got a puncture in our hire car. We were worried that we would be stuck seeing as we were far from anyone we know and it was a Sunday. We called 5 Kwikfits and they were all booked up or didn't have our tyre in stock. Then Charlie at Fleet came to our rescue! He said he was fully booked but he'd fit us in even if he had to stay late. He ended up being able to sort our tyre straight away with excellent, friendly service. We can't thank him enough. ššš
