I booked in for a tyre replacement at 11:00. I turned up at 10:45 to be quite rudely told that “we are short staffed and have lots on, can you leave the car with us or you will have to wait” I replied that I could not leave the car, that us why I booked a time. I waited about 45 minutes before they started on my car.

Had a tyre valve break, called them up at 1230 on a Saturday afternoon and they said to drop by. The wheel needed a new tyre also and luckily they had one in stock, they changed the tyre and valve right away and the whole thing took less than half an hour.

Fantastic service from these guys on a bank holiday. Discovered a flat tyre with a massive bolt through it. Not only did they have my strange tyre size in stock they managed to fit me almost straight in and also honoured the online prices. Many thanks to Jordan for this great service.
