Always extremely polite and helpful young men. I had my tyres checked on thurs at about 5pm. Dan, Jordan, and Shaun were especially kind, and also checked and corrected the tracking. They are patient with each Customer, but take extra care with the elderly, and disabled. I recommend that particular branch, because the other branches are not at all helpful or polite.

Can not praise Dan from Queslet rd enough. Took my Audi A3 that I had puncture in tyre. Dan noticed that my other back tyre was faulty 4/3/2 wear across 3/4 tread and had been sold to me from only 2 weeks ago. I contacted the buyer who has now agreed to replace and realign. 10/10 service. I had an issue with my car so I called the Great Barr Kwik Fit branch, they told me to come in at a time that was suitable for me. When I arrived, my car was seen to straight away by Sean, Jordan and Hassan. They did a great job, they were very quick, efficient and professional. Once I had left I had a minor issue, I called them again and they told me to come back so that they could fix it. The issue was fixed within a few minutes of me arriving at Kwik Fit. I would definitely recommend their service to everyone.

I took my car as my tyre pressure was going down but Sean found a tare in my tyre. He advised against me driving it on the motorway ad I was going to see my mother. Jordan and Sean were both brilliant as they got the tyre in the next day and changed it so I could and bust my sick mother as planned . Thank you so much to both of them.
