The end of tenancy clean that was so good, I wanted to move back in again! I have to say that our experience with KVM cleaners was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. I emailed my request and the response was very quick. The quote was very competitive and they were able to come quickly after another cleaner service had let us down badly. Communication with them about what we needed and changes that needed to be made to our booking was always prompt and polite. On the morning the team arrived, we walked through what needed to be done. They got to work quickly and I felt the place was in good hands. Coming back to the result was fantastic. It really did look like a new kitchen. Our oven has been in constant use for over four years. It was gleaming and looked brand new. The bathroom was spotless. Years of mildew had utterly vanished and it sparkled. Our requirements changed (our landlord unexpectedly ripped up our carpet the day before we arrived without notice) but the team adapted well and they got the work we needed done, done. Throughout everyone was helpful and I have already recommended them to a colleague they were so good. Thanks again.
