We had a kitchen from kutchenhaus best money we ever spent from the planning to installation the quality of the worktops cupboards absolutely brilliant.the same can be said for the after sales service one had some transit damage .....no hassle they just ordered a New one I will admit they are not the cheapest but we have had our kitchen in nearly two years still looks like it was fitted yesterday Highly recommended Walsall branch Cheers

We settled on using Kutchenhaus (supply only) after visiting Jay and the team at Kutchenhaus Walsall/Sutton Coldfield (having previously liaised with a number of independent and high street kitchen suppliers). The staff were not pushy at all and provided design solutions which were better (in our opinion) than other higher priced German competitors against which we'd compared the product. Quality was second to none and our fitter was impressed having previously dealt with a lot of kitchens from 'the sheds'. Communication was fantastic throughout with Jay in particular being very knowledgeable and responsive to any queries that our fitter had, in contrast to some of the 'sharks' out there in the kitchen game. We don't usually write reviews but would definitely recommend Kutchenhaus to others.

Disappointed by the customer service i was invited to the showroom today in walsall after sending an email to them, and when i got there i was greeted but a lady and we was having a conversation and then some other customers walked in. within a few minutes she just walked off and started to serve them, i waited for like 5 minutes and then i had to walk out after the terrible service, wouldn't recommend to anyone. stay well clear
