We had decided on another supplier but following their poor reviews decided against them and we then came across Kutchenhaus Brentwood. From the moment we walked in to the store, the welcome we received was completely different. The lady was very helpful asking some relevant questions to which kind of kitchen we were looking for. We decided after looking at what was on offer, and the lady's advice, to book an appointment with a designer. The designer was extremely helpful and gave us some very sensible and honest advice (unlike the competition!). He made some recommendations after listening to what we wanted, which was very welcome as we were both new to this. At no point were we sold to or pushed in to anything. We had a few visits to the store with queries and design changes, none of which were a problem making us feel like a valued customer. We decided to order the kitchen which surprisingly was much better value than we thought. Certainly better quality and value than other suppliers. Before the kitchen arrived their fitter came to ensure everything would fit. Again, he was very helpful and pointed out a couple of things that we hadn't thought of that made for a better fit. The fitting day came and everything went extremely well. So, what can I say about the kitchen Its amazing. The fitting is flawless, we've not had a single issue. The quality and finish is excellent. In fact, it has exceeded our expectations and we are extremely happy with the result. So much so that we will be using them to fit our Son's kitchen. Thank you Kutchenhaus Brentwood for our amazing kitchen.

My husband and I are thrilled with our new Kuchenhaus kitchen! The quality of the doors and all the mechanism's are brilliant in comparison to all the other kitchen companies we visited, so it was definitely worth the money. The service we received by our kitchen planner, Michael, was flawless. Even after we went back time and time again with changes he was always very patient and was always happy to help to ensure we had the perfect kitchen. The kitchen was delivered on time and everything arrived with a few minor adjustments which was dealt with straight away without any questions asked. The kitchen fitter, Mark was also very polite and he really took his time to ensure every unit was fitted perfectly which has given us the professional finish we were after. Overall, we are very pleased with the kitchen and service at Kutchenhaus Brentwood and would definitely recommend them to all our family and friends.
