We were impressed with Kutchenhaus Bournemouth from our very first exploratory visit. The team are great and created a new design for our kitchen and utility room, meeting all our needs, sticking to our budget. The quality of the finished product is great, both in terms of design and functionality. I have already recommended them to others. My one small criticism is that we had several parts missing, which had to be reordered from Germany meaning there was some delay on the final completion but our fitter (recommended by the Kutchenhaus team) was flexible in working around the delay. Our whole experience with Kutchenhaus in Westbourne was a delight from the moment we met with Halee and Owen, we felt we were being listened too. We had already made a kitchen plan with 2 other companies but felt Kutchenhaus had more to offer. Proving us with 3D computer graphics that brought the ideas to life. We didn't feel rushed in any way to make decisions and changes were discussed to fit our budget. Our kitchen feels so much bigger & the cupboard space is immense. Owen incorporated a beautiful island that we can sit round. I have a fridge in my kitchen for the first time too instead of in the utility. Thanks to the super German engineering & quality the plan was laid out every step of the way. Our wine fridge was forgotten upon delivery but once we had noticed this, Haylee was straight on to it, with the item delivered the following week. Their fitters were on time, polite and efficient leaving the site operational, clean and tidy each day. The job was done within the timescales agreed. We recently had our old decrepit kitchen and utility room re modelled and replaced by Kutchenhaus We approached several other kitchen companies and had quotes and consultations from them all.. After taking everything into consideration we decided to run with Kutchenhaus. From the outset Owen Jefferis went through a thorough consultation advising us not only on the design but on the type of cupboard and white goods, unlike others he was not looking to sell us the most expensive goods on the market but products that were value for money, aesthetically pleasing and durable.. Any minor issues that arose during and after installation were dealt with in the blink of an eye from Owen & Halee.. Over the moon with the end result and within budget.. i would be happy to recommend them to family and friends, I will also be using them on another project in Cornwall shortly.. Jim was really patient with us, tried 4 different designs, gave us a few ideas and shared his experience but never forced anything upon us. In the end, I'm impressed with the quality of the build of all the kitchen cabinets and the ease of assembly.
