I used Kustom Bikes recently to purchase a new light. The new light turned up very quickly, but was unfortunately faulty, which was a manufacturing fault, not Kustom Bikes. they very kindly paid for the return postage and upgraded me a better light for no extra cost as they didn't have the same model in stock as a direct replacement. all very hassle free and easy to sort out! great company!
