Best vegan experience in Brighton so far. Nice place, nice staff and of course amazing food. Some people complain about the price but quality, like it or not, depends on it and to be honest what we spent worth what we ate. We went out from the restaurant with a big smile on our face, with our belly nicely full and our mood improved. Highly recommend. Well done kusaki.

Had some great vegan sushi at this beautiful, fully-vegan venue over the weekend. Service was prompt, pleasant and helpful with the menu. We were seated at the bar as we didn’t have a booking but honestly I think those were the best seats in the house anyway. We ordered some gyoza and tempura for a starter as recommended by the staff and they went down really well, especially the gyoza. For the main, we got the sharing platter and that had a great range of options and was a very generous serving size. You can mix and match different items from the menu if you prefer but this seemed like the easiest and most cost effective option. It came with 4 dips and one of these was absolutely delicious - I’m not sure which it was but it was the thickest of the four. We didn’t try any deserts or cocktails but it looked like they had good options. Only thing to watch out for is if you ask for some water for the table, ask for tap so you don’t get charged £3 for a bottle!!

beautiful restaurant and beautiful food! service was amazing, the friendliest staff - cocktails 10/10 food 10/10 GYOZA 1000/10 the best i’ve ever had! and the gelato was delicious:) such a stunning ambience and amazing experience overall! AND ITS ALL PLANT BASED!! one of my favourite places to eat now

Decor was nice, however the atmosphere was rather quiet. Some dishes were very nice, however some curry’s were bland in flavour. Overall half the table enjoyed it and half wouldn’t come back again. Cocktails were good
