I love kurt kieger I wouldn't shop any were else the girls in store are the best always friendly happy to help x we always have a chat there very nolagablee about the shoes bags ect what they sell all in all my son and myself go in the at least twice a wk sometimes buy at least 2/3pairs of shoes or the od bag they are all o wear love love love the place well done all the staff and management xxx

Visited today and bought my wife a pair of boots for Christmas she has been wanting. The staff were fantastic, the lady who served us was particularly helpful and friendly. Everything is presented well. Receipts are emailed to you also so no need to add to the receipt roll in your wallet at Christmas.

Management needs to be retrained on how to speak to customers without sarcasm. Hoping to speak to the store manager tomorrow in regards to the other ‘managers’ attitude. Sister was told incorrect information in regards to a return. She said this to the manager in store at the time and was made to sound like she was lying. Instead of trying to understand the customers frustration, she decided to ban the customer instead. Absolutely disgusting. Called up to speak to her and she began giving me attitude on the phone too. Told me she is the manager but then decided to tell me she isn’t the store manager. Not impressed. Will be writing to head office in regards to this. Hopefully the store manager will be better to speak to when she is in. Retail is all about customer service. If you can’t handle customers then maybe you should find yourself another job!
