I don't normally write reviews, but wanted to take the time to do so for this. From the moment we landed in London until the day we departed the team at Kula was incredibly helpful, insanely fast to respond, and went above and beyond to meet some small requests we had. They allowed us to drop our large suitcases off well before 3pm checkin while they finished up cleaning, and then followed up with us just a short while later to let us know we could check in. After an overnight flight this was so appreciated. Throughout the week they checked in with us, answered questions, and were incredibly responsive. The flat was perfect for our family of 4. It was spotless when we arrived, and had everything we needed. The location is incredible, so close to the Tube and many restaurants and shops. The noise wasn't bad at all for us, we did use the fans in the closet to create some "white noise" while we slept. I hope to use another Kula property in the future. Can't recommend highly enough!
