If I could give this company no stars I would! I have no idea how this company has good reviews. I bought a rug from this company in March, I did not receive the rug until the 4th April! to top it off they sent me the wrong rug! Their mistake as apparently they messes up the order. After many emails they eventually picked up the rug on the 29th April!! It is now the 11th May and I have not received my refund. The worst service I have ever experienced. The customer service is shocking. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bad customer service. I ordered a rug and as soon as I done it I realised I’d ordered the wrong size. Tried their customer service number so I could change it- no answer. Followed up with an email -no answer. Followed that up with Facebook-a bot replied. All the while the order was just showing as ‘in progress’. Called their customer service number 18 times-kept getting an automated answer when number rang out. Eventually got an email from them stating the rug had now been despatched and just to refuse it from the courier and they would they issue a refund. Won’t ever use them again
