Purchased Kuhn Rikon 5-in-1 Automaster Can Bottle Opener on Ebay from Kuhn Rikon direct, after several day was contacted by PayPal to say my account had been refunded. Seller selling items they no longer have and then not having the good grace to even advise buyers, very very poor customer service.

I bought these two bad boys from QVC. I can’t fault QVC the customer service is brilliant and always dispatched on time. I bought the five in one jar opener because I’m fed up with my misses stabbing the jar to relieve the suction so let’s hope she can get the grasp of this. I also bought the five in one tin opener which is rather lavish but solid in construction. There is a universal tin opener which is the safety version where it doesn’t Sirate the edge of the tin when you open it with the old-fashioned tin opener . There is also A pincer which looks like a parrot beak and a release mechanism on the other side Of the tool to safely remove the lid of the tin.
