Carboxytherapy with Chrissy and a blow dry with Jasmine. Really pleasant experience at Kudos from start to finish, I received a cappuccino when arriving. Then Chrissy came to take me up to the treatment room which was warm and welcoming. Then she sat me down to talk through what area I wanted to be treated and then recommended a couple of options, making sure that I would get the best outcome. She was attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable and practical. She always told me what she was going to do and why, what I’m going to feel, etc. As I had an event to attend that night, I opted for the carboxytherapy which helped the plumpness of my skin and smoothened the circles under my eyes. She has a wealth of knowledge about beauty therapy products and treatments and keeps it really holistic and practical at the same time. Jasmine was lovely, and I had one of the best head massages ever!! She was super friendly and helpful also! After the treatment, I could pay by card, smooth and easy transaction.
